I wish I could turn back time
To the years when it was divine
In '92 and '93, we were in Honolulu
Those times were a blast and joyful
All surfing through on our own schedules
Skipping lessons and assembly
Just for a bite of Mac at Lucky
Having to sell tickets for a ride in the taxi
To return to the boring company
So we would not feel so guilty
Take That was hot!
Smash Hits we bought
Malacca was a shock!
In '94 and '95, we were in Clare
Dew Berry was the most hated then
We all loved playing Netball in the warm evening air
And practising our dances along the bridge, under people's stare
Yes,
California Love, Cool Cats and
Oh-Ah-Yi-Eh were done there!
Cotton falling out during Netball, oh Pam!
Tumbling down the foyer stairs, oh damn!
Running around for momentary glimpses, oh bleah
The times continued, oh yeah!
In '96 and '97, we were in Deirdre
The fun goes on, that's for sure
Miss Ho (Ho Ho) was our form teacher
Miss Tham (He He) was a former Netballer
And Mr Ng with "He's watching yer"
Singing Spice Girls everyday
Dancing like them all the way
Wearing white dresses made by cK
Striking poses just as they
Posh, Sporty, Scary, Ginger and Baby
We love them so, till today
Reminiscing brings a smile to my face
How I wish we could relive that phase
Turn back time to those days
Along that cereal mistaken road, yes that place
And up on the hill, where the light shines like a blaze
